Refund policy

We have a no return policy, unless the artwork you received is noticeably damaged.

To be eligible for a return, you must submit an image of the damaged artwork no later than 3 days after receiving the artwork. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at artbyclairescott@gmail.com. Please do not send the artwork back without verification from us that you may be eligible for a return.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how to securely package the artwork and where to send your package. Artworks sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please keep in mind that some original artworks may have some imperfections and this is what makes the artwork original. However, tears, rips, or noticeable damage may be accepted for a return. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the artwork is damaged, or if you receive the wrong artwork, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific artwork. 

We do not accept returns on sale items, discounted items or gift cards.

Approved Returns
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your approved return, and let you know how we can proceed. Our goal is to have all of our clients completely satisfied with their investment.
