Shipping policy

SHIPPING: ART BY CLAIRE ships from Stratford, Ontario, Canada and is currently offering local, regional and national shipping, utilizing Standard Flat Rate shipping from Canada Post, UPS and FedEx. USA shipping is currently being offered. ART BY CLAIRE is not responsible for border taxes or duties. Orders will be processed for shipping Monday to Friday. You will receive an e-mail notification when your artwork is on route. Standard shipping requires 3-9 business days. Parcel Tracking number will be provided, Lettermail no tracking number will be provided.
Your ART BY CLAIRE item will be shipped in the following:

Prints:
Shipped in a flat cardboard mailer protecting the print to ensure no bends.
No tracking number provided.

Small Paintings:
Shipped in bubble mailer envelope with additional packaging to protect the canvas.
Tracking number will be provided. 

Medium Paintings:
Shipped in a flat box, with bubble wrap and additional packaging to protect the painting.
Tracking number will be provided.  

Large Paintings:
Shipped in a flat box, with bubble wrap and additional packaging to protect the painting.
Tracking number will be provided.  

Raw Canvas Paintings:
Painting is rolled up with additional packaging and shipped in a cardboard mailing tube.

Local delivery is also available. Your ART by CLAIRE item will be adequately packaged and delivered to the street address provided. We cannot provide local personal delivery to Post Boxes, you must provide a street address and building number. Local delivery is provided within a 15 km range which includes Stratford, Shakespeare, Sebringville (Ontario) and surrounding area. Please allow 3-5 business days for items to be delivered.
